We're a research-led team of 400+ across Jerusalem, London, Chicago, and New York, building the open infrastructure behind creative AI.
You'll own end-to-end design for core workflows — from first concept to what lands in front of creators — working shoulder to shoulder with research, engineering, and product. The medium is still being invented, and you'll help define what "good" looks like.
What you'll do
- Own key workflows end to end — from problem framing to polished, shipped UI.
- Make the models usable — turn frontier capabilities into interfaces creators can control and trust.
- Prototype fast — pressure-test ideas early, then refine with real production use in mind.
- Shape what's possible — partner with research and engineering on the hard parts, not just the easy ones.
- Scale quality — contribute to and extend our design system so craft holds across the platform.
- Sweat the details — bring a strong point of view to interaction, motion, and craft.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years designing complex, professional software — creative tools, pro apps, or similar depth.
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership and high craft, not just screens.
- Systems thinking and fluency with modern design and prototyping tools.
- Comfort designing in ambiguity, where the medium itself is still taking shape.
- Clear communication and the ability to align a team around a direction.
Bonus points
- Experience with AI / ML products or generative interfaces.
- Background in video, audio, or motion tooling.
- Front-end fluency — you can prototype in code.
