How to join the competition
#01 Register
Drop your name and email on this page. Hit submit and check your inbox. That's your ticket in.
NOTE: The email might take a few minutes. Don't panic, it's coming.
#02 Download clip
Open the email we send you (check spam if it's hiding). Download your personalized ZIP package.What's in the package:
- Cuts folder - your full scene broken into numbered cuts, ready to work with shot by shot
- Audio Only folder - isolated audio tracks for audio-to-video workflows
- Complete reference scene- the full original scene in one file, so you can see the big picture.
NOTE: the audio is sacred. Don't edit it. Don't replace it. Don't touch it. The original audio stays exactly as it is.
#03 Create your video
Take the audio and make it yours. Any visual style, any approach, any level of weird.Your process is yours. Generate images with any model you want — Flux Klein, Nano Banana, whatever works for you. Edit in any software. Run any pipelines or scripts. The only requirement: the final video scenes you submit must be generated with LTX-2.

#04 Submit
Head back to your email. Use your unique submission link to upload your finished video.What you submit: one video, your full re-animated scene, all shots assembled in the correct sequence, with the original audio intact. This is the final version that goes into the film. Tech specs:
- Format: MP4, H.264 codec
- Max file size:200MB (compress wisely)
- Audio: Original. Unchanged. Non-negotiable.
- Deadline: March 13, 2026

#05 Share
Proud of what you made? Show it off.Post your scene on social using #Itx-living-dead-comp, and share it in the Banodoco Discord. Community Choice voting will take place in the designated Banodoco Discord channel; this is where community reactions are officially counted.We’ll be watching, sharing, and featuring standout submissions throughout the competition.

Who Can Enter
The Living Cut is open to individuals worldwide, No prior LTX experience required.
Models
Final video must be generated with LTX-2.
External models (Nano Banana, FLUX, etc.) may be used for prepTools
Any editor. Any workflow. Any pipeline. Split shots if needed, keep total length and original audio
One Body, One Grave
One entry per person. One assigned scene per participant. No multiple accounts / team submissions. Solo only.
What You Submit
One video; your full re-animated scene with all shots in the correct sequence. Original audio untouched.
What Gets you Disqualified
More than one entry / Altering the audio / Using tools other than LTX-2 / Illegal / harmful / plagiarized content
